Microalgae Tasting Gathering

A microalgae tasting event was held at Sisombath Laos Restaurant, in collaboration with Food Wise Studio, on 24th Feb 2018, in Hong Kong.

Chef Justin and his creative team, ingeniously transformed the natural supplement of Euglena and Spirulina into a tasty and aesthetically pleasing culinary experience for our honored guests.
